• During my internship at Neoveda Technologies as an AI/ML Intern, I was responsible for designing and implementing predictors to analyze candidate resumes and job descriptions. I applied Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques (spaCy, Regex, Fuzzy Matching) to extract key attributes such as skills, certifications, projects, and GitHub activity, and generated structured JSON outputs for scoring. I also contributed to developing a candidate-job fitment engine that produced employability scores, tested it with real-world data, and explored AI-based enhancements (GPT integration) to improve accuracy and automation. This work resulted in a functional prototype that streamlined the hiring process by reducing manual resume screening effort.
