• > Worked on designing and development of a Region Agnostic framework from the scratch which helped in zero touch and safer deployment for various IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services consisting of more than 20K release pipelines across the Cloud + AI Org.
• > Led the project and collaborated with other teams at Microsoft for ensuring great quality and further feature additions to enhance the overall functionality.
• > Drove the regular sync up with SRE team to ensure the good adoption of product and also collecting feedback for the improvements and feature gaps.
• > Designed and Implemented Azure Open AI based Teams Chat Bot which can assist Microsoft users and different service teams to get the support answers for Release Management platform on their own. It also helps new Hires in faster onboarding and ramp up. The Data sources include TSGs, Internal product docs, Older Incidents/Issues historical records, Transcripts of Knowledge sessions recordings. It reduces the redundant queries on mail threads by 50%.

• > Worked on Network Security Perimeter Design for Azure Redis Cache. This design enables secure communication between PaaS resources by providing trusted boundary for Inbound and Outbound access.
• > Drove Shift left initiative for Code Reviews process improvements, encouraging participation and enhancing code quality and velocity.
• > Worked on AAD token based authentication integration to Azure Redis cache. This provides another mechanism to authenticate with redis cache resource without depending on access keys or password rotation.
• > Worked on Performance benchmarking for the AAD authentication to redis cache using Azure Load Testing under high load to measure Throughput, Operations per second, latency, connected clients.

• > Worked on Single Click Geo Failover feature E2E implementation. It is a complex disaster recovery feature for Azure Redis cache which seamlessly swaps the Primary and Secondary server role of caches without any manual intervention ensuring Business continuity and preventing data loss.
• > Worked on Telemetry and Success metrics for 1 Click Geo Failover feature which added useful metrics to be tracked regularly and created alerts on top of metrics denoting failures.
• > Created detailed documentation and TSG. Provided tech-talks on the features delivered to the global team across different geographies.
• > Worked on improving Engineering processes by filling gaps in the docs, TSG and introducing new Agile changes in the sprint ceremonies.
