• Lead a team of 7 engineers on the Enterprise platform team. Technical point of contact on multiple critical partnerships with clients.
• Redesigned the core organization model for Enterprise clients, from an existing flat model into a multi-level hierarchy. Led the multi-quarter effort from storage layer changes, APIs, new payment features and including a revamped UI. Ensured migration of existing customers with no revenue impact and backward compatibility. This core infrastructure helped onboard multiple client companies on the Enterprise platform.
• Implemented automated reporting for Enterprise clients. Replaced existing painful and manual reporting processes with a low latency pipeline, which included cross system verification and uploaded reports to S3.
• Involved in company wide efforts for restructuring in microservices.
