• Also responsible for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Policies & Communication, Ethics, Compliance & Code of Conduct, Company Values, HR Audits, driving Innovation Culture, Employee Satisfaction Survey & Action Planning & other global HR Initiatives & Projects.
• Partner with business head and line managers to develop, lead and execute an effective talent strategy that supports business operating plans (clear focus on 5 key areas- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team & get the best fit, Performance Management & Talent Review Process, Capability building in collaboration with L&D team & internal SMEs, Top talent Retention and Succession planning)
• Lead Talent Reviews twice a year to ensure robust talent assessment, identify gaps, identify leadership development needs and build a healthy succession pipeline for key roles.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership using data, analyzing and help execute improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and employee experience.
• Compensation and benefits and HR Operations to implement best practices / deliver relevant solutions.
• Provide appropriate coaching/ counselling to managers and employees to help foster a high-performance culture
• Identify, manage/ resolve employee grievances.
