I bring over 17 years experience in talent acquisition with a focus in technology. I studied Psychology in college and feel that helps me understand and connect people efficiently. I joined TUNE in February 2013 and individually grew the company by 150% my first 6 months. I helped us scale and grow our recruiting practice across the globe with 10 different offices. We then grew to over 400 employees. I'm a Technical Recruiter at heart and well versed in the Software Development Life Cycle. I love what I do because of my background in Psychology and working with closely with people. I'm passionate about connecting people to their next career opportunity, networking, inspiring, listening and building long term relationships.
