In my last assignment I was associated with one of the fastest growing mobile handset companies in India; Lava International Ltd; and heading the TA function at the organization. With an experience of more than 19+ years; I’ve the right kind of blend between the know-how & revelation of software consulting, professional services, corporate & IT Recruitment/Resource Management/Staffing & Consulting. I’ve also been associated with HCL, Noida as the Head of WPC of HCL-ISD (3 Large SBU's) holding responsibility for Talent Planning/Rotation/Hiring (Lateral/Campus)/Succession Planning/Training. At HCL I was also responsible for Leadership hiring for EAS LOB of HCL Technologies Ltd. I’m passionate about building bridges to harness human potential that has made me an achiever of excellence; for my own set standards. My wholesome dedication goes for achieving professional excellence, career progression and personal development with an endeavor to work in a continual learning environment; encouraging growth and enriching my experiences with each passing day.
