• Revamped payment page with an intuitive UI to make decision making quicker and easier for the user, (raising landing to initiation by 17%), upgraded UX helped us increase prepaid users by 6%
• Significant contribution in pioneering the company’s first design language system for the website and apps, by increasing consistency and reducing design time by 40% across 3 platforms - Man Matters, Be Bodywise and Little Joys, under 3 months
• Revamped Man Matters homepage, which solved many hidden UX and visual issues. It included narrative revamp and solving for scroll, content fatigue and better concern discovery
• Designed an “Cart add-on” section, introducing a user reward system and effectively communicating it through the design, resulting in increased AoV, increased average number of users adding a product from cart add-on
