Journey from an Agent to National Head in Health Insurance Sector I found my passion for Health Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance when I started my journey as an agent with Oriental Insurance and then with Bajaj Allianz GIC Ltd in 2002. With 25 years in the Health Insurance sector, I must have delivered more than 500 Training sessions where I addressed Agents and Sales Force about the nuances of Health Insurance product and procedures, how to sell these products in transparent way. After working with Star Health & Bajaj,I realized that there is huge communication gap due to which lot of mis-selling takes place, claims get rejected & Health Insurance Industry is getting a bad reputation. Due to short cut methods of a few intermediaries the entire industry's reputation is getting damaged. Hence I decided to start this venture called Mpathy Mediclaim Consultancy LLP- which is an Exclusive Health Insurance Claim Consultancy Services and will also guide people about the appropriate Health Insurance Products in unbiased , transparent manner. We specialize in resolving complex insurance claim disputes, ensuring fair settlements, and simplifying the claims process for individuals and businesses. My passion lies in making healthcare claims hassle-free and helping clients get the appropriate coverage they need.
