• Helped AirAsia build on its vision of being South East Asia’s biggest super app and OTA platform by working with the team to launch multiple products and features for various lines of businesses (LOBs) within the company.
• Produced multiple development-ready end to end flows for core business lines such as Flights, Hotels, etc and played an instrumental role in successfully launching new LOBs (lines of businesses) like SNAP.
• Helped lay the groundwork in terms of project scope, MVP outlines, etc for newer LOBs such as Hotels and SNAP (Package deals of Flights + Hotels).
• Was the design owner for two LOBs (Hotels and SNAP) within the AirAsia ecosystem.
• Also helped build AirAsia's design system from scratch.
• Facilitated multiple stakeholder workshops to conduct product funnel studies, ideation, discoveries, etc.
• Worked alongside user researchers to gather key user insights by conducting user interviews, user testing, analysing screen recordings via Hotjar - among other things.
• Regularly analysed funnel data via Google Analytics to analyse drop-off and created reports (using various methodologies - such as Hotjar analysis) on the reasons thereof.
• Enrolled in an internal coaching program to mentor other team members on several key topics.
• Overall, garnered a diverse experience by working on a variety of products and LoBs in domains like travel, food, health, etc.

• Blackboard radio is essentially a spoken English learning platform for kids mainly targeting tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India. As the Design Lead at this startup (recently Sequoia funded) I was responsible for leading their entire product design while also working on the strategy, print design, marketing among other things for a span of almost a year and a half. While I was at the company we launched the product in multiple cities and partnered with multiple schools growing the user base from about 200 to almost 6000 users and more than 10K app downloads. At the company I also got very valuable experiences in terms of a fast work environment that saw multiple pivots in its product and business strategies. I was also responsible for managing multiple interns at the company who were working on marketing, print collateral, video materials and even the app while making sure that each of these legs of the product work in harmony with each other.
