project 1: Developed a chatbot using multimodal rag system for PDF data , used a multimodal LLM GPT4v to generate text summaries from data like table, images and convert them to embeddings using text 3 embedding large model and used LLM gpt4.0 for sysnthesis. Here, we have used we astraDB vector database and hybrid rag search was implemented using BM25 reranking technique. The entire project was deployed on AWS by using GitHub actions along with dockerisation.
project2: Developed RAG system to convert natural language to SQL query generation using openai gpt4.0 as llm and text embedding large as a embedding model stored the embeddings in faiss db and created a docker image by performing ci/cd using GitHub actions.
project3: worked on synthetic data generation using different ML models and python libraries. As part of the synthetic data generation worked on developing different constraints, data transformation and deployment using MLflow.
