I'm a Data Scientist at Sun Pharma (PPO recipient) with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to solve complex business challenges. I hold a PGDBA from the prestigious tri-institute program at IIM Calcutta, IIT Kharagpur, and ISI Kolkata, and I also pursued a post-graduate program in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin. I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive data-driven solutions. Currently, as a full-time Data Scientist at Sun Pharma, I'm building Machine Learning Models and advancing AI-driven automation projects to enhance operational efficiency and data processes, while helping drive the analytics roadmap in the SFE/SFA team by identifying and building innovative systems. During my internship at Sun Pharma, I developed an innovative doctor approval automation system using Python, Gen AI, Computer Vision (OCR), and Large Language Models, streamlining manual processes, reducing processing time, minimizing errors, and improving efficiency for high-volume records. Previously, at Indian Oil Corporation Limited as Senior Sales and Operations Officer, I automated several reporting, created Tableau dashboards, handled Lubes sales thorugh 3,000+ retail outlets in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and used statistical methods for decision-making. I have always been pretty competitive, both in acacdemic as well as in personal life, secured AIR 245 in GATE (Mechanical Engineering) 2019 as a fresher in Btech, cleared CFA level 1 while working full time at IOCL and won several case competitions during my PGDBA journey. I enjoy staying updated with the latest technology and learning new skills to solve problems and streamline operations. Outside work, you can find my raging in Counter Strike! My other hobbies include playing chess, football, gymming, vlogging, computer games, and sometimes the guitar.
