About

I work at the intersection of storytelling, creative strategy, and execution. Currently, I’m Manager – South Originals at Netflix, based in Hyderabad, working closely with creators and Production Houses on the development of original series and films from South India. Before this role, I spent over a decade as a writer-director, with multiple projects developed with Netflix and a theatrical feature film, Stand Up Rahul (2022). That journey shaped my understanding of how ambitious ideas evolve into emotionally resonant, platform-ready stories. Earlier in my career, I worked as an aerospace engineer with Airbus UK and Infosys, designing aircraft wings and leading large, cross-border teams. The discipline, structure, and systems thinking from that phase continue to inform how I approach creative development today. Alongside my professional work, I’ve built storytelling communities through Tale Tellers Troupe and Cinephiles Film Club, supporting thousands of storytellers in finding their voice and audience. I’m interested in clear voices, original perspectives, and unique concept stories that are rooted yet expansive.
