• Part of the Natural Language Processing Team
• Goal: Based upon the search query, it should return similar cases and their meta-data
• Extraction of Meta-Data from an unprocessed set of 65,000 law suit raw files using Fuzzy Pattern Matching and Named Entity Recognition for various fields
• Automated uni-gram and bi-gram Keywords Extraction corresponding to each file after basic text preprocessing: stop-words removal, lemmatizing and refining word count using TF-IDF which helped in classification of the case into its type
• Developed Text classifier using fastText Word embedding for file classification
• OpenSoft, 2018: Bagged Silver Medal securing 2nd Position
• Problem Statement: Digitize Handwritten Doctor’s medical Prescription
• Determination of Algorithm to improve the accuracy of medicine’s name prediction and reduction in time overheads
• Proposed Confidence based Character Recognition Technique and heuristics to overcome the problem in predicting the non-legible handwriting.
• Filtering the matching list of medicines with Doctor’s Specialisation (printed in the Prescription)
