Saumya Singh — Co-Founder

Hey — I’m Saumya, an SRCC graduate. I currently work in the Founder’s Office at Nubra, a SEBI-registered retail brokerage, where I operate at the intersection of product, growth, and 0→1 building. Being part of a founding team means there are no fixed lanes — I’ve worked across product strategy, growth, infrastructure, and whatever it takes to get things off the ground and scale. A big part of my journey has been figuring things out as I go. I didn’t come from a technical background, but ended up building and launching Nubra’s Trading API suite, writing its documentation end-to-end, and working closely with developers to scale it to 100+ active users. Over time, I’ve developed a strongly analytics-driven approach to product. Most decisions I make are grounded in data — from SQL queries and funnel analysis to understanding user behavior in real trading environments. On the product side, I’ve owned multiple modules end-to-end — from scoping and PRDs to execution and iteration. Working in the Founder’s Office has meant thinking beyond just features — focusing on what actually moves the business, whether that’s improving conversion funnels, strengthening infrastructure, or unlocking new user segments. Lately, I’ve also been exploring how AI can meaningfully improve product workflows. The tools are powerful, but the real edge still lies in clear thinking — knowing what to build, why it matters, and how to structure it well. Outside of work, I enjoy understanding how markets behave, how users think, and why some products just “click”. Always up for conversations around product, fintech, and early-stage building.
