• Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes

• Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
• Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
• Screen calls, emails, and messages for timely responses
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments for operational efficiency
• Perform general administrative duties to support efficient operations
• Maintain and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
