• The team is responsible for all the web payment flows inside Uber (including onboarding, managing, checkout, etc.,).
• Rebuilt and scaled the Web Payments team from 2 to 14 engineers, forming 4 sub-teams integrated into parent feature teams to enhance delivery and collaboration.
• Streamlined the Front-end interview process at the AMS site, resulting in the successful recruitment of 3 senior engineers inside the site. Increased hiring velocity from 2 to 12 engineers for the Frontend and Full Stack teams across the AMS site.
• Reprioritized the team roadmap amid high attrition, aligning goals with leadership and delivering a two-year plan that enabled independent execution without product management.
