• Dynamic Load Balancing/Least Queue Depth in Round Robin
• Developed a test suite to test the path selection based on latency, ensuring there are no I/O Failures at various latency intervals and sampling IOs. This also includes checking Active Non-optimized path being chosen if the ANO flag is enabled.
• ’FSM - Finite State Machine for Storage Virtualization’
• Implemented a generic Finite State Machine with a well-defined syntax for specifying transitions and validations for a given object. It is being used by the Storage Virtualization team for developing state machine based tests for their areas without having to implement separate flow and machines for each area. These Object State machine based tests are intended to ensure coverage for functionality, operations in an object life cycle in a more organic manner than atomic test cases.
• Storage Stack Workflows for the Beta Customers
• Developed the workflows exercising VSphere storage stack to ensure these are validated in all partner environments before release. This helps customers avoiding the inadvertent breakages due to the heterogeneity in configurations and environments in which the product is deployed.

• Developed a framework which helps validating the 4KN, 512e Advanced Format Drives Discovery and IO within VMware storage stack. This includes changes made in Partition table to utilize the 4K bytes sectors.
• NVMe drives with Latency Senstitive Gatekeeper[LSG]
• Developed a test suite which verifies the switching between latency based scheduler[LSG] and traditional mclock scheduler on a high speed drives like NVMe for the given latency.

• Upgrade Tool, a GUI for the users to upgrade their NetApp controllers
• Developed a GUI for the users to upgrade their storage controllers disruptively or Non-disruptively across the various ONTAP® releases. This GUI does the process of upgrading Data ONTAP® software on each of the two nodes within an Active-Active storage system configuration without affecting I/O to connected client machines.
• Business Value: Reduced the number of support tickets that has been raised by the team to upgrade their storage systems by 50%.
• NDU-Upgrade sequence for Backend Reduction
• Automated a test suite which will perform a sequential NDU/Downgrade and NDU/Revert sequential execution as part of Backend reduction.
• Business Value: By using this test suite, the total number of test cases for the actual FFT test cycle has been reduced by 25% and amount paid to the Outsourcing partners has been reduced by 20%.
