• Syncing Disaster Recovery related policies in a distributed Availability Zone system, where there is no single master and changes can be done on any site.
• Synchronous replication of data and metadata between two sites achieving zero Recovery point objective.
• Witness: Third site arbitrator, which facilitates in deciding which site can become the master in case of any disaster/leadership election.

• I worked under Prasenjit Dey a senior researcher there, on an ongoing project whose aim is to obtain useful information from interaction data of students with course content like student’s ability, engagement level etc.. It involved getting familiar with Apache Couch Db, writing map–reduce functions in it and mathematical models like Kalman Filters.

• Under the guidance of Prof. Subashish Banerjee, we worked for the upgradation of IIT Delhi LAN at 15 different sites. The Internship helped me gain knowledge of network topologies, IP schema, Switches, Data Centers etc. and their implementation in real scenario.
