I've spent the last 5 years going deep on technology — as an engineer at Dell, and then as a founder building two products from zero. Along the way, I got obsessed with a different kind of problem. Not "how do we build this?" — but "should we build this at all? For whom? At what cost? Against which competitor?" Those are strategy questions. And I've been answering them informally as a founder — through user research, pricing experiments, roadmap tradeoffs, and a few expensive mistakes. At Profilecraft, I ran 30+ user interviews, improved onboarding conversion from 45% → 63%, and built a pricing model from scratch based on willingness-to-pay data. Not because an MBA taught me to — but because the business demanded it. Now I'm taking that instinct to IIM Udaipur — to sharpen it into a proper consulting toolkit. Most consultants can frame a problem. Fewer can tell you what's actually happening inside the code, the product, or the data pipeline. That's the edge I'm bringing. Targeting strategy consulting roles where technology is the problem — or the answer.
