• I was a member of the award winning 'Public Affairs' practice at MSL India, part of the Publicis Groupe which is one of the 'big four' global communications conglomerates.
• The practice offerings included strategic communication, policy research, advocacy and crisis management services to national and global clients across government, non-profit and corporate sectors.
• Some of the projects I worked on are:
• Public diplomacy for a G20 country, including head of state visits
• Established the India country office of a leading US based health non-profit
• Study on India's primary education and agriculture space for Europe based non-profit and corporation
• Government relations for a foreign corporation in the regulation heavy Indian aviation space
• Crisis support for a legacy corporation in an industry with reputational risk
• Election and Budget Analysis
• Developing proposals to secure new business opportunities
• I grew within the organisation from the role of a senior executive to a senior manager in less than 3 years.
• This role enabled me to develop a strategic approach to problem solving. It honed my ability to think on my feet, multi-task under high-pressure situations and collaborate with diverse teams towards common outcomes. It gave me an insider understanding of how the media and consulting industries operate. It was also my first experience as a people manager.

• Kudumbashree is the UN award winning community based, poverty eradication initiative of the Government of Kerala. It was recognised as a National Resource Organisation (NRO) by Government of India in 2012 to provide technical support other States of India in implementing innovative poverty eradication pilot projects.
• My role's main focus was on effectively communicating the organisation’s efforts and impact across project locations in different parts of India to internal and external stakeholders via traditional and new age mediums. During my tenure, I successfully led the creation of an online knowledge base on Kerala's poverty eradication programme. I managed the organisation's debut on social media platforms and the launch of its website. I also managed the internship programme, coordinated conferences and visits of national and international delegations.
• I travelled widely across rural India, spending weeks living and working alongside local communities and administrations. It informed my perspective of India's development experience, the social impact sector and last mile governance.

• LAMP Fellowships are awarded after a rigorous selection process. LAMP Fellows work full time for a fixed duration of 11 months with an assigned Member of Parliament to provide extensive support for their parliamentary work.
• The assigning of LAMP Fellows to the parliamentarians is done by PRS on a random basis, it is not based on political leanings.

• Founded by former bureaucrat, politician and activist Dr. Jayprakash Narayan (JP), the think-tank focused on reforms in political and governance spheres. I undertook surveys and analysis of local communities in the city of Hyderabad. I assisted in developing content for the organisation’s newsletter and provided research support on police and healthcare reform. This stint gave me an opportunity to deepen my understanding of challenges and reform proposals to improve public order and health. It also sensitised me to the limitations faced by 'independent' politicians not affiliated to mainstream parties.
