I recently moved into Deal Desk within RevOps at SpotDraft, after building and scaling our outbound engine as an LDR & Sales Ops Lead. That path matters: when you've spent years researching accounts, designing prospecting systems, and figuring out how market signals turn into opportunities, you sit at the deal table differently. What I do now lives at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops: pricing, deal structuring, approvals, and the guardrails that turncomplex B2B SaaS deals into closed-won without bleeding margin. In a market where buyers arrive with 14 stakeholders and 4 procurement reviews, Deal Desk isn't a bottleneck — it's the function that keeps revenue predictable. My background spans sponsorship sales, inside sales, content, and outbound, so I bring commercial rigour, a bit of storytelling, and a lot of process thinking to one core problem: turning messy market signals into clean, predictable revenue.
