I joined RWS at a very strategic time in March 2013 at the initial set up in Mumbai with around 70+ employees and now it has grown to 650+ employees with a strong future pipeline of brilliant & ambitious resources. I am partnering with business on a day to day basis with scaling up of organization on various Country and Global projects. With over 16 years’ of strong experience in HR, I am working with RWS since last 10 years with solid growth.. Started in 1982, RWS is world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content and intellectual property services with 10000+ employees based in more than 38 countries. In India, I head the HR for over 1500 employees mainly based in Mumbai, Bangalore & Indore. Prior to joining RWS, I enjoyed my career with some great companies such as Attano Media, KnowledgeWorks Global and Praxis Technologies. I have been actively associated with Business leaders for India and lead for Compensation & Benefits, Leadership & Organizational Development, Employee Relations &, Employment Law, and setting up and launching best practices & employee benefits with the vision of One RWS. I have done my MBA/PG in Human Resources with a certified NLP [Neuro-Linguistic Programming] medal. I have also got endorsement via Foundation of Leadership & Management development Programme which helped me in to build my career in HR.
