I built McKinsey’s proprietary advisory methodology for operations transformation when AI was still SQL and sweat. Reimagined Citibank’s OneCiti app and modernized asset-based lending for 18,000+ branch employees so Citi could compete with fintech insurgents. Got hooked on IBM Watson AI thing the night it won Jeopardy and then spent years turning curiosity into real outcomes: AI-powered wealth advisory, customer service, supply-chain prediction, and outcome-based pricing for banking and beyond. Stood up Kyndryl’s Cloud Center of Excellence from zero the day we spun out as a $19B independent company as we built offshore cloud delivery on AWS, Azure, and GCP so our clients never missed a beat. Led HPE’s HPC business with U.S. DoE, weather agencies, and partners (Nvidia, AMD, Intel, SuperMicro); streamlined operating models, as we stood up exascale data centers, and powered mission-critical workloads. Today at Stripe I partner with S&P 500 leaders to modernize financial infrastructure end-to-end and help launch the builders who will become tomorrow’s Fortune 500. Along the way I became a veteran mama: daughter is a junior at the United States Air Force Academy, the son is finding his own path in high school. My husband, a pathologist deep in academic medicine, reminds me daily that the best breakthroughs still happen one slide at a time. They’ve watched their mom fall, get up, kept re-learning and that’s the only inheritance I care about.
