I built an exam platform that handles 250,000 concurrent students. Here is what that taught me. Most ed-tech companies build more content. More apps. More features. The actual problem is underneath all of that: the infrastructure. And the intelligence. When an exam platform crashes during a national mock, that is someone's year gone. When a student gets their score back and all it says is "312/720", that is useless. I started Vidhar to fix both. We build the infrastructure layer that exams run on, and the analytics layer that tells every student why they got it wrong. Not just a score. A 5-dimension behavioral profile: how you handle pressure, where your attention goes, whether your answer changes help or hurt you, which topics you are avoiding. Predicted score ranges based on what you could fix. Pinaka has served 250K concurrent users in production. Low-bandwidth regions. Zero students turned away. The thing that surprised me most: the analytics changed behavior faster than the exam itself. Students who saw their pressure profile started practicing differently. So I built both layers.
Pinaka, our exam platform, handles 250K concurrent users in production. Low-bandwidth regions. Zero students turned away. That is the infrastructure layer.
The analytics layer: 5-dimension behavioral profile per student. Speed management, pressure handling, decision confidence, attention distribution, topic mastery. 12 additional metrics including error pattern classification, predicted score ranges, exam stamina curves. Students do not just get a number. They get a strategy.
Now building Tara, an AI learning companion that helps students learn to work with AI.
