About

Hey, I'm Shiv, co-founder and CEO at Halos. We're building the agentic AI stack for the service lane at car dealerships. I started my career in consulting, working directly with execs and CXOs at large enterprises across healthcare, fintech, and other industries on growth strategies. Moved in-house and led zero-to-one growth initiatives at Meesho, one of India's largest consumer e-commerce companies (recently IPO'd). In 2020, I joined Wingman as an early employee, a B2B SaaS conversation intelligence startup that exited through an acquisition by Clari, the leading revenue intelligence platform in B2B sales tech. I worked across strategic projects with the exec group at both Wingman and Clari, and in the my last role I managed a customer portfolio of more than $7M as the international customer success leader, and ran our expansion business with our teams in India and US. Personal interests: reading fiction, travel, volunteering, and fitness.
