• I worked with the Customer Experience team under Professional Services. Our team's goal was to work with PayPal's strategic partners such as Google, Apple, Facebook etc and help/convince them to include PayPal in their offerings. As part of that goal our team created product prototypes to demonstrate the rich user experience that PayPal can enable for the users of these partner's products. My project was to explore peer-to-peer payments on Google's assistant platform. I created a demo "action on google" that shows how users can easily send money, request money and check their balance using Google Assistant enabled devices such as Google Home. The project was challenging in terms of technology as well as user experience. The technology used were JavaScript, node.js and api.ai. Creating optimal user experience in payments ecosystem using voice ui was fun and lead to some great discussions and insights.

• I worked with the supply team. Our goal was to improve the experience of Ola drivers. The driver app had not been revised a lot since it's inception when it had very limited feature set. As a result it offered suboptimal experience to the drivers. It had also become harder for the product teams to add/remove/test features. A complete redesign was required. I joined the team when some key flows for the redesign were being iterated upon. My key role was to help with finalizing these key flows . This involved designing several quick iterations and testing the best ones out in the field. I thoroughly enjoyed the process of talking to end users and refining the design. We wanted to create a very modular and flexible design to make it reasonably future proof. Once the key flows were frozen and development started, I created a design guideline deck to document key design decisions and components for future use. In terms of tools we used sketch, marvell app, principle(to document micro interactions) and look back (for user testing)
