Looking after End to End Employee Life Cycle Management including Employee Engagement, R&R Activities, Grievances Redressal, Announcing Incentives & Central Communications down the line at stores, Disciplinary Actions, HRIS Maintenance, Compliance Adherence through Staffing Partners, Monthly HR Help Desks, Attendance & Payroll Validation etc
