• Optimised the development of a post-order flow system using Python and NestJS enhancing transaction success across 100+ Falabella and Sodimac stores in Chile and Peru resulting in 0% failures and improving response times by 50%.
• Designed Kafka-based event-driven architecture for asynchronous processing of policy updates, customer location pings, and notification triggers and used Redis for caching user session metadata and frequently accessed configuration, reducing DB latency by 60
• ◦ Led the implementation to ensure the updation of transaction status in Slack alert after every transaction from cloud platform - GCP, AWS using pub-sub and kafka across 200+ stores of falabella business Unit
• ◦ Implemented data sync mechanism for customer order and cashier login using pub-sub/kafka and Java, JSP, Jquery, Nodejs.
