I’ve always been obsessed with one question: why do people watch what they watch? Not just what entertains them but what hooks them, what makes them stay, what they remember weeks later, and most importantly how to use all of this to influence what they watch. That question has taken me from joining a digital agency in 2015 and learning all things social media platforms to leading FilterCopy, one of India’s largest content platforms, scaling it to 3B+ organic views a year and 25M+ subscribers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat. I oversaw content strategy, development, monetization, programming, operations and owned the P&L. In between, I built Pocket Aces' (FilterCopy, Dice Media, Gobble, Nutshell) Branded Content engine from scratch (back when “content marketing” wasn’t a slide on every deck), led Content Strategy in the Founder's Office across fiction and non-fiction verticals, developed 15+ IPs, and worked with 300+ brands to tell stories that actually moved the needle - not just in views, but in sentiment, search, and sales. My strength is in bridging creative and business: building content that works. Content that drives growth, retention, entertains and sells... profitably. I love working with teams to figure out not just what to make, but how to make it turn into a playbook. Whether it’s through format innovation, distribution, platform strategy, new communities to target or just a sharper story.
