Shreya Mishra Reddy is a Harvard Business School & Duke University alumna. She currently works at Visa Inc. as a Technical Program Manager, based in Austin, Texas. As an Electronics and Instrumentation Engineer with an MBA from India, she worked at Tata Consultancy Services for approximately six years in various roles before moving to North Carolina to pursue her second Master's degree. She wrote and published her first book of poems, Soft Truths, in 2022. In July 2025, she graduated from Harvard Business School's Executive program for leadership development & earned the Alumna status. She is the founder of Project Vasukam, a non-profit organisation and community to help international students excel in the US. By her own admission, she has a passion for learning.
