About

Most people think HR is just forms and policies. I think it's the only job where you get to solve people’s puzzles, build systems that (hopefully) don’t break, and occasionally remind everyone we’re all human. I’m currently doing my MBA in HRM at Nirma University (Class of ’26). My real education? Asking way too many questions at Reliance Industries, where I started with a simple task: “Go see what the best HR people are doing out there.” Turns out, the real gap was recognition, so I turned a pile of benchmark reports into a rewards program that now reaches 1,800+ people on the shopfloor. Before that, I chased hiring targets at Oracle Cerner, Talentz.AI, and People of India - playing detective, matchmaker, and “please just show up for the interview” negotiator. I enjoy HR Consulting for the variety it brings, and I like recruitment because I’m curious about what makes people say yes, and what makes them stay. I believe good HR should be practical, people-first, and just organized enough that everyone can find the right form when they need it.
