My Thesis work was based on improving the efficiency of Organic Solar Cells without altering the established process. This was done by using ternary structures with materials P3HT, PCBM, and PCPDTBT as an example. Matlab calculations were done followed by simulations on Silvaco Atlas software. Finally, experiments were performed to verify the findings and results were found consistent with the proposed theory.
