• Coordinating with the logistics company regarding the arrival of the
• project material and organizing and managing the required personal
• and equipment for the smooth delivery of materials.
• Coordinating the allocation of project resources to ensure smooth
• completion of the project.
• Being the liaison between the project team and client through out the
• project life cycle.
• Monitoring project progress and project status report for project

• Preparing budgets, invoices, reports and project management
• documents like WIR, MIR, T&C Report, Handing Over Reports, etc.

• Monitor the daily resource allocation and escalate any significant
• variances to Management and Business Support.
• Negotiate procurement with sub contractors and suppliers
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing costsaving measures

• all contracting parties through the generation, maintenance, and
• tracking of all files and reports pertaining each specific project.
