Siddhi Korad — Product Manager

“Tell me something about yourself ”, is one of the easiest yet toughest questions ever. So here is a little about me. I’m a graduate student at the University of Washington and an aspiring Product Manager. Previously having worked as a Data Analyst at an Applied AI and Data Science startup, I have been fascinated by how invisible forces (data analysis today) shape our world. In this ever-growing world, Is it even possible to predict which idea will be the next big thing? (which apparently is the metaverse now) As such, I have chosen multi-disciplinary coursework with specializations in Product Management and Consulting, UX, and Business Intelligence. I received a Bachelors’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications which has made me adept at troubleshooting potential causes and devising prompt solutions along with the importance of being detail-oriented. It was during my undergrad, that I lead a product idea to the semi-finals of a national-level competition. The experience gave me a brief outline of what it’s like to be an entrepreneur. And it feels great to be a leader not that it is an easy job at all. Working for the Inside Sales Operations team as a Data Analyst, I collaborated with other Regional, Business, and Practice units on setting the process improvement strategies. I truly believe that data analytics with the right decision-making skills is what it takes to be a part of the ‘next big thing’. My key skills and expertise include - Product Skills ( Prioritization, Agile framework, User research, Roadmap, and Backlog creation) -Database Management -Data Analytics (MySQL, Google Sheets, Teradata) -Data Visualization (Tableau, DataStudio) -Intermediate proficiency in Python and R As a sports aficionado, on weekends you’d find me playing outdoors.
