I designed and shipped mobile and desktop experiences — advisor dashboards, a traveler-facing Concierge, and a modular white-label design system — translated calendar and photo data into actionable TravelDNA insights, prototyped complex customer flows and investor-facing PoCs, and ran user research with advisors.
