• The Pega Salesforce Automation Framework is a new application being built out of the CRM Business Solutions organization to develop new capabilities geared toward the Enterprise B2B (or large "C) selling processes. The core of the solution includes what you'd expect with Opportunity Management (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and their relationships) but also extended to automate processes and provide contextual value to sales people throughout the prospecting and deal management lifecycle, as well as capabilities organizations have come to expect with SFA tools, like mobile and Outlook integration.
