  • EGR controllers play an integral part in Diesel Engines to reduce the NOx emissions alongwith enhancing the efficiency and reducing the wastage of fuel. The Controller designed regulates the valve so as to regulate the fuel supply and maintaining a sustainable temperature so as to avoid NOx formations, while also regulating the Torque output as per requirement.
  • DAVR is primarily used to Digitally regulate the output voltage (peak and RMS) generated by the alternator of the generator. This requires a closed loop circuit enabled with a PID controller which takes input from the alternator and then regulates the current supply through the electromagnets to alter the magnetic field which in turn regulates the peak voltage.
  • The design being complex and robust, DVPs are designed to simulate the real life scenarios so as to test the limits of our products and ensuring its reliable performance on field.
