• Early stage startup trying to build a solution for public blockchains which is aimed at reducing the entry barrier for the technologists to deploy and operate blockchain based solutions. More like AWS for public blockchains.
• Was able to built out a product in less than 6 months from an idea to revenue making product used by clients across the globe. Got exposed to the world of truly distributed technologies like blockchain and crypto.
• As part of this had an opportunity to propose suggestions for Govt. of Telangana on formulating the policy for right use of blockchain technologies working with the executives of government directly.
• Was able to build a team from scratch, got exposed to the nuances of early stage startup and challenges that comes with it. Helped build brand across different mediums, spoke about block chain technologies in multiple hackathons and prestigious educational institutions like IIM in their tech fests to build awareness in this nascent technology at that time.

• Played a variety of roles as part of this title as this role demands no boundaries. From PreSales to evaluating market fit, from MVP to Scale for millions, leading multiple teams, setting up accounts from scratch, mentoring teams both Thoughtworks and Client teams all of these were part of this role that I played.
• Rebuilt a decade old credit card platform with latest technology trends to support growing business needs and scale with patterns like Even Driven Systems, CQRS and Micro services which in itself was alien to large enterprise banks in the West. As part of this gig also introduced Infrastucture as a Service for the entire banking group globally with technologies like Kubernetes , Consul, Vault , NoSQL databases which required inter continental alignment with technology experts with decades of banking experience across the globe.
• Worked on gigs with scale of Petabytes of data ingestion per day in the public sector stock exchanges of a first world country. Explored bigdata technologies as part of this gig and benchmarked and executed most likely one of the biggest data platform build ever in the stock exchanges at that time.
• Helped build the data practice for Thoughtworks India helping other leaders on the data strategy and vision in turn helping them drive large data gigs fo the clients.

• As a lead developer I was responsible for end to end delivery from idea to market. Facilitated and ran multiple inceptions across clients to explore an idea in to a workable product and took them to scale.
• Some of the domains I worked on as part of this role are Telecom, Enterprise and Business Consulting, Mobility, Travel.
• Had to make several technology choices as part of this role which needed deeper understanding of multiple technology stacks and ability to assess the right fit fo the problem in hand. Also needed to influence the client teams on the choices made and take them to production and scale.
• Lead teams of sizes 10 to 100+ as part of this role over years and contributed significantly to the building of India market for Thoughtworks. While building a market for the company got exposed to Sales and PreSales apart for building technology.

• Got myself exposed to non Java technologies, worked on .Net based solutions in an insurance domain. Played a senior developer role in building one of the key areas of accounting in the end to end insurance brokerage system built for one of the prominent UK client.
• Explored, practices and preached new ways of building software with Agile methodologies which was fairly not well understood at that time amongst many of the clients. Practiced TDD and CI/CD as a means to deliver software faster to the market.
• Also worked on domains like Betting, Education , Marketing during this time while working on different technology stacks like Java. .Net, Ruby etc.

• Started my career here as a software engineer, worked on mostly on Java and web based technologies.
• Worked on domains like telecom, FMCG and e-governance. Played a key role in one of the notable gigs to introduce e-governance to Bahrain(https://www.bahrain.bh/) for the first time. Build this platform from scratch using WebSphere portal technologies in record time of 3 and half months automating different government citizen services like payment of water, electricity bills. Exploring tourism and booking etc.
• Was also part of the R&D team lead by CTO to explore the emergence of Service Oriented Architectures with EventBus technologies and helped lot of projects onboard with these technologies.
