Growing up, I was the girl who loved her books, focused on studies, and kept to herself. Scoring 93.75% in school not only highlighted my academic strength but also sparked a deep love for learning. However, I soon realized there was a world beyond textbooks. Curiosity led me to pick up skills like video editing and digital marketing. These weren’t just technical skills—I was learning to adapt, be creative, and push myself beyond my comfort zone. Mental health has always been important to me, and that’s how "Healistic Life" was born. This initiative aimed to raise awareness and help people become more self-aware, showing me the power of community and how social media can drive positive change. As I delved deeper into my career, I found myself drawn to HR and Marketing. My role as HR and Marketing Manager at Gem Mines was an eye-opener. Managing recruitment and employee engagement while contributing to marketing strategies showed me the importance of balancing people and business. It taught me to be both analytical and empathetic, qualities that are essential in HR. The real transformation happened when I flew to London for a summer program at the London School of Economics in 2022. For the first time, I was in a new environment, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, learning to network, and realizing I could do more. Earning my BA in Psychology from the University of Delhi was another milestone. It deepened my understanding of human behavior, setting the stage for my master’s in Occupational and Business Psychology at Kingston University, where I’ve been navigating life abroad for the first time, gaining independence and new perspectives. The consultant internship at Mainz World helped me apply what I’ve learned, allowing me to contribute to business strategy and development. I also completed life and business coaching under Dr. Ramon Llamba, learning how to coach and mentor others. My dissertation on the cultural integration of Indian employees in the UK broadened my understanding of diversity and inclusion, and I’ve taken numerous courses to sharpen my skills in HR management, recruitment, and consulting. Today, I’m more confident, outgoing, and focused on expanding my family business. Every day brings new challenges and learning experiences, and I’m committed to applying my skills in HR, marketing, and business strategy to help it grow and evolve. This is my journey, and I’m excited about what’s ahead. 🚀
