She has spent the last 15 years learning about start-ups, marketing strategies, branding & sales, customer experience, retention, team management, and coaching in diverse sectors. During the initial years, she worked with Fortune 50 companies and then headed a team for a Start-up. Her passion for learning, creating, and then empowering people around her, led to the foundation of her own ventures. She has bootstrapped all her businesses and have been setting and achieving her goals for the last 9 years. For last 12 years supporting the education of the underprivileged from villages in the state of Uttar Pradesh and also supporting various initiatives taken by partner NGOs. She is also trying to be an agent of change by working towards skill development initiatives to reduce rural/sub-urban to urban migration and also to bring a positive change in social outlook on various issues and taboos. Stuti Sri. truly believe that sustainability and progress can co-exist. That doing good and being a highly scalable and profitable business can co–exist. That social impact & capitalism can go hand in hand !
