• Building Ninja Kirana, one step at a time!
• My role involved envisioning and crafting inspiring and intuitive user experiences for Ninja Kirana, a product developed from scratch as we navigated the critical 0-1 phase. I transformed complex tasks into accessible designs that catered to everyone, from first-time users to seasoned experts. This required close collaboration with Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process, from user flows and wireframes to interface mock-ups and prototypes.
• I advocated for users at every stage, ensuring the final product was both user-friendly and effective in solving their problems. I worked with cross-functional teams to develop new features, assess their impact, and continually enhance user experiences.
• By understanding Ninja Kirana’s mission and leveraging user research and analytics, I translated insights into simple, engaging designs. My focus was on delivering cohesive, inclusive UX solutions that significantly improved core workflows. I conducted thorough research to understand our users and their interactions with the product, aiming to create the best possible experience for them.

• I was responsible for solving UX problems related to web, mweb and android. I played a key role in the team where we brainstormed on problems, ideated possible solutions, chose the best one and then went ahead with creating wire frames and prototypes which were further made to pass through Internal testing and user testing respectively.
• I worked here on many projects such as
• 1. I have revamped the left nav for both web and mweb
• 2. I worked on the project of showing error messages much more effectively.
• 3. I worked on a key Ux problem which was how much familiar can we make a new user to the dashboard which he sees for the first time after completing the set up page.
