• eliteLumosC for Niagara Software: I led the product conceptualization and design of eliteLumoC, a Niagara driver designed to integrate Lumos Controls, an intelligent wireless lighting control system by WiSilica, with the Niagara Software framework. Leveraging Bluetooth technology, Lumos Controls offers energy code compliance and seamless interoperability with Niagara, enabling comprehensive solutions such as BMS integration and IoT applications. • I was responsible for setting up a new Sales office in one of the metros in India. I hired, trained and led the business development team at the new office and made them independent. Later on, I moved to the Head Quarters to handle the complete Business Unit comprising of Services Delivery Teams, Business Development teams and Pre-sales teams.
• I was involved in hiring of key positions, defining training plans, setting up processes, defining solutions, operational improvements and IT infrastructure management.

• Softest Lab. is a leading provider of complete Software Testing Solutions and technology optimization solutions for enterprise business systems. Softest offers customized services including performance: tuning, test automation, application monitoring, and quality assessment.
• As Chief Executive, I set up the complete operations for the company and was instrumental in the acquisition of initial key customers. I managed sales teams which looked after business development in the North America and Europe region and also personally managed some key accounts.
