• Redesigned the Payroll on the web and mobile app by conducting user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability sessions which improved the user experience of business owners using SalaryBox payroll as their payroll software.
• Designed the admin app's attendance feature and Roster(shift management) which improves the working efficiency of the businesses using SalaryBox.
• Using design thinking, I have redesigned the staff attendance feature by introducing breaks and shifts and improved the whole user experience of punch-in-out. Also, designed the marketing campaigns for the new attendance feature that reached 1M+ users.
