I didn’t start my career knowing I’d end up in Product Management. Right out of college, I joined Urban Company as a Business Development Associate, exploring different functions and gaining cross-functional exposure. My transition to a Business Analyst role allowed me to dive into data analytics, business operations, and performance metrics. Moving into a Product Analyst role sharpened my skills in user research, funnel analysis, and market trends — and that’s when Product Management truly clicked for me. At a startup, I got hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle — from discovery to delivery, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams. I learned how to shape a product roadmap, define user stories, run A/B tests, and drive data-informed decisions in an Agile environment. Today, as a Product Manager, I bring together my analytical mindset and passion for customer-centric problem solving. I love translating customer insights into impactful features, measuring outcomes, and creating scalable solutions that deliver value to both users and the business.
