• On the basis user feedback and usage data to continuously enhance our MerchTech brand experience platform, driving the launch of new feature releases and ensuring a seamless user journey. From low-fidelity sketches through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, I own the entire Figma design process and iterate rapidly based on insights from user research and analytics. As the primary liaison between research and engineering, I share knowledge and champion best practices that reduce friction across the organization. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I help define and maintain a cohesive, commercial-grade experience and contribute to a living library of reusable components and tools. I also lead comprehensive interface reviews across the platform, identifying design opportunities and upholding consistency at every touchpoint.
