I am still on the bridge which is between Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. I try and I am still learning to understand only the "HUMAN" aspect of a person, and how will the person align with the vision & mission of the company before I partner closely with leaders and Hiring Manager's to fulfil their hiring needs which has been a mix of Non-Tech, IT & Engineering roles. As a person I believe my lifespan is very less to explore the entire world and travel so I started travelling each and every place in India to begin with plus one international which is Dubai.Till date I have covered 17 States & 2 Union Territories out of 28 States and 8 UT's. Whenever I travel I like to keep my Camera and Sketchbook (I am bad at both but I try) with me. This introduction and information cannot be found on my resume and I am not someone who talks much but likes to listen rather. I respect people who do have a life outside work and can always have a conversation about the things they love and enjoy doing.
