Sunny Bahia — Founder
I spent years working in media and later in humanitarian aid, which took me to places like Afghanistan, Somalia, and Bangladesh. In every crisis, one thing became painfully clear, women were being exploited when they were at their most vulnerable. I couldn’t unsee it. So I started "Forgotten Women" a women-led charity focused on delivering aid with dignity, creating real livelihood opportunities, and making sure women’s stories are heard. This work is personal. It’s messy, it’s heavy, but it matters. I believe women deserve more than survival. They deserve safety, power, and the chance to rebuild on their own terms. When I’m not working, I’m probably exploring a forgotten building, taking photos, hopping between coffee shops, or adding to my ever-growing hat collection.
