Order Indent creation flow for In Season Buying which reduced the TAT for Purchase Order generation from 7 days to 2 days.
Order Indent creation flow for Pre Season Buying which reduced the TAT for Purchase Order generation to under 10 minutes.
Order Indent creation flow for Top Seller Replenishment which reduced the TAT for Purchase Order generation to under 10 minutes.
Curation flow for setting up a compliance system that would enable quality assurance checks of all products that are procured.
Open-To-Buy flow for setting up a compliance system that would enable budget checks for all products that are procured.
Internal role based access framework for users to enable a personalized workspace for enhanced user experience.
