During my tenure with Lloyds-TSB Bank; I have worked in Credit Card Collections’, Debit Card Disputes and Customer Support Unit. I trained & mentored a batch of 25+ staff. Assisted in the successful migration of Disputes process from the Philippines to the UK. Assisted with projects namely RCA on high AHT, Trace, and Cash Collection Improvement. At Lloyds-TSB (IBM); I was awarded, Certificate of Appreciation for Going the Extra Mile; for Customer Experience. I Successfully Hosted the Bi-Annual Office Party for Lloyds TSB Bank. I love travelling the world and going on a roller coaster ride of gastronomical experiences and engage with strangers and building them into networks. Although I have a sense of direction; I always end up exploring beyond the internet’s resources and get an insight into their sub-cultures. My travels are raw, slow and unplanned, with an appetite for experiential and experimental travel. I incessantly seek inspiration from the people, places and culture. Often; fellow travellers are drawn by my self-curated local city/walking tours which have the perfect blend of history, humour and a pinch of healthy sarcasm of which the latter two are impromptu.
