• SynchroWork is an all in one management tool for digital agencies & freelancers. It brings the major daily use tools like invoicing, project management, client & team management, expenses management, AI proposal generator, etc. under a single hood.

• #Product:
• 1. Ideation of the product - SynchroWork agency portal and client portal.
• 2. Built the product roadmap before proceeding to the design and development steps.
• 3. Converted ideas to MVP in 3 months with 3 people.

• 1. Formed a team of 3 people 1 UI designer, 1 Frontend developer & Myself :).
• 2. Built a process to be followed from ideation to implementation.

• 1. Chosen the technology stack: Node, React, Next JS, MongoDB, Ubuntu, Docker & GitHub.
• 2. Built the frontend architecture and defined a standard, so that it comprises of re-usable components and is scalable.
• 3. Worked on the backend architecture, security and speed of the APIs - implemented JWT tokens for security, for optimised queries I used MongoDB aggregate pipelines & indexing.
• 4. Setup a CI/CD pipeline which uses GitHub actions, Docker and an Ubuntu Server.
• 5. Ubuntu server setup, includes domain linking, SSL implementation, docker setup, MongoDB setup, security & basic firewall setup, worked on cron jobs as well.

• 1. Cost optimisation: For small start chosen a low cost (~2.79 Euro), but effective server and the architecture is such that it can be scaled to different VPS providers overnight.
• 2. Onboarded 160+ users in 3 months.
• 3. Generated $700+ revenue in 3 months.
